That really is. It was a huge deal to my acting instructor this year. I had one character who was portrayed in the scene as a dumb slut and I said as much, and Sonia yelled at me.

Once I read the play, really READ it, and examined the power dynamics between the characters, I realized how bad it was to judge her so quickly.
